You can choose between: Online Somatic Inquiry Session where together we explore what messages your body has to communicate with you. It is from this invitation into stillness and deep listening that the body can begin to speak and when we open ourselves up to this listening the whispers of the body can guide us into deep realms within, revealing patterns, narratives, and stories that can be rewritten. or Remote Reiki Session where you can experience the mystery of distance healing that has been used for thousands of years stemming from many spiritual traditions which recognize that there is no separation between us, that time and space are mere illusions of the material world, as modern day quantum physics is now also understanding. Many even claim that what they receive in a remote session is more profound than in person. The session starts with you making a comfortable space to receive in your place of choice followed by a consultation call. Then you are invited to end the call and open yourself to receive for the duration of the session and a check in at the end. This is an invitation to step into the mystery and experience what is possible.
